1 Check-in & Check-out
- ✓ Check-in time is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM) and Check-out time is 11:00 hrs (11:00 AM).
- ✓ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2 Booking & Payment
- ✓ For confirmed bookings, a 100% advance payment is required prior to check-in.
- ✓ All major credit/debit cards and UPI payments are accepted.
- ✓ Rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless a booking has been confirmed.
3 Guest Conduct & Liability
- ✓ Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Charges for damages will be added to the final bill.
- ✓ The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal valuables. Electronic safes are provided in rooms for your convenience.
- ✓ Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
